Headunit Confusion For Volkswagen Polo

i have VW POLO.I want to change my head unit.I am confused between Sony XAV 63 and JAC kw av 50.Experts please clear my confusion.

Any one here using Sony xav 63?Can you please tell me ,dose it play video through usb?

I have heard the mp4 doesn't work with sony XAV 63, I may be wrong though. Please check it if you're going for sony xav 63.

Sony XAV -63 plays videos from usb of following configuration
MPEG-4 files meeting the following
requirements can be played.
• Profile: MPEG-4 Simple profile
• Bit rate: Max. 7 Mbps on USB FS, 10 Mbps on
DVD, 7 Mbps on CD
• Frame rate: Max. 30 fps
• Image size: Max. 720 × 480 pixels
• Audio: Max. 320 kbps (AAC-LC)
• File extension: .mp4
