yes! everybody on passenger seat next is fighting to get that little bit of space to put his or her right arm . it is so comfortable. but people should understand armrest in my car is exceptionally for driver, not for passengers .but passengers especially ladies seems to take illegal lead with vocabulary and taking all the space i am protesting..!!.

I know its high time to meet you.Do we have any other tai members from kannur.
I read you review from beginning.Loved it.I was suprised to see you dissappointed at first then suddenly a smile coming back on your face on that long trip.
You have written previous swift petrol was close to punto and says you dont want greedy cars to keep.Ok heres,our story,
When we were in hunt for a car(later only hatch was considered as my mother said she wont drive big sedans in kannur traffic.)We were almost to buy swift zxi,(at that time punto was not there)then reached vxi and then reached vdi and bought.The reason was the petrol engine was on old one(yes it is changed now due to bs4) and it has patetic fe,the fiat multijet had terrific perfomance on swift combine with top class fe.
Next,How did you feel the clutch of vista compared to punto and swift.My cousic came my home with quadrajet vista taken by his dad on rent and we fouf its cluch too sping like he immediatel return back due to sais gis father and he himself got body parts paining.But the space was awesome ad his sisiter who too drive tol it had excellent ride quality.

previous vista clutch pedal was too hard.too much hard means it was scary experience in traffic ,felt like clutch may bounce back any time and the knees aching. i took it to TASS many time they said it is normal when finally it failed twice. (once at mele chovva traffic second at mahe traffic) then the TASS came to senses and changed csc and related parts. after the replacement the clutch was bit alright but i ran out of temper and exchanged it for punto.
compared to vista puntos clutch is like pressing your foot on a pillow.
(present vista clutch seems soft and alright now as i have seen in showroom)

but linea have it behind handbrakes as well but punto doesnt.
the same armrest is available in car acesory shop at Caltex or Thana. (go and get it before somebody else )

Ride quality and space -vista leads compared to swift and punto.
compared to vista puntos clutch is like pressing your foot on a pillow.
swift clutch was short far better than vista but not as soft as punto.
one thing i did not like in swift was driving position, was too comfortable as if designed for ladies / women .my wife immediately liked the steering position short pedals and gears easy visibility of swift. that kind of set up did not give me much of pleasure .
vista was just plane comfort enter inside like entering a scooter light steering ,enormous space..etc
punto on other hand is bit tough and sophisticated.(like a rally car.) i love that. to enter in and settle inside a punto is one day job. but when you are in you are in!!! you will keep driving end of the world.
it was only because it is punto i drove upto chennai.
swift guys have complained long drive gave them backache etc.i dont know how far it is true.

Punto doesn't have a charger point at the rear one only next to gear lever.
vaccum cleaner power cable is long enough to reach rear tire to fill the air.

How did you find the vaccum cleaner.Have one at home but didnt find much use of it.All the dirt collected come out through the place where that fan is kept.
The interior design of the punto is awesome.I had a special feeling when i saw the interior of punto(linea too but not that much because seeing second time) in real life(never felt like that in polo,i20).I have sat on the linea at night(1.4 epk) it was too awesome.
Awesome inerior pic.I wished I had a dslr and good photography skills.

you might not have put the dust cap(filter)in right place.
i always laughed at people whom complained and raised finger against interior looks and quality of punto/ linea.
so far i have found ANhondacity interiors to be worst but people find it premium.
still fiat is fiat it can bear all sort of true/fake critics and still be the best..!!!

next big thing is addition of capacitor for ice power supply.
yes me too face the issue of head lamps dimming ,distorted sound at heavy bass thumps.
the solution is power supply conditioning.
enquired about a 1 farad reservoir capacitor , it was expensive and rarely available .
so i thought of DIY it.
the pic is 20x4700 micro farad 25volt keltron capacitors in parallel. that is 94000 micro farad total, almost near 1 farad that should be enough.
now it need a suitable cover.
