What are those side wings for on your bumpers, wont that be harmful for pedestrains or even two wheelers who might get injured by those side wings.

They are called Canards Vijay, they help in high speed cornering. Had them on my City too but removed them since apart from being hurt (mostly my driver got hurt while cleaning), in tight spots the car needs slightly more space otherwise they rub on dividers and in traffic also they do protect the car but may damage the other vehicle.

In highways this is fine but in narrow roads will it not slice someones leg, please be careful. You say Highspeed cornering is helpful in racing in city roads its like novelty.

materials:
Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, Carbon Fiber Vinyl, rivets, Clamps etc.

procedure:
Cut Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding according to the shape and size which you need the warp them by using carbon fiber.
