The Desiknio X20 Pinion electric bike is now available for pre-order in Europe. The bike has a 250W motor for a top speed of 25km/h (~16mph) and a 250Wh battery for an auxiliary range of 100km (~62mi). Plus, thanks to the X20 Smart Bluetooth Controller, you can control various settings, such as assist level, in a smartphone app.
Desiknio X20 Pinion electronic bike model 2023 was introduced in Europe. The premium e-bike uses a 250W Mahle X20 Hub motor weighing 1.3kg (~2.9lbs) and a PAS sensor to monitor your pedaling. The motor can help you at speeds up to 25 km/h (~16 mph). The integrated 250 watt-hour battery is hidden inside the bike frame and provides an auxiliary range of up to 100 km (~62 miles). It takes two to three hours to fully charge the battery.
There are three models available: standard, standard carbon fork and comfort. The last two types have a carbon fiber fork that reduces the weight of the bike and reduces the drag force. Another difference between the models is the frame geometry, the standard bikes use a diamond-shaped frame and the Comfort option has a lower step. The Supernova V521s headlights and E3 taillights can be turned on using the iWOC ONE controller attached to the steering wheel. You can also use the device to change the strength of your assist.
Alternatively, an X20 Smart Bluetooth unit lets you adjust assist levels and view battery levels in a companion app. Additionally, the bike has a Pinion C1.9XR gearbox and TRP C1.8 Clean Cockpit brakes.
