Hi,
I am planning to buy a used Audi Q7 (2014) in Delhi. However I plan to take the car to Chennai (Tamil Nadu State) and use it there as I live there.
I want to know the costs and procedures involved.
The car insurance is valid until date and is registered under a firm. The agent is ready to give a NOC for the car. I would like to register this under my firms name.
1. Do I have to pay the road tax again in Chennai?
2. How long is the NOC valid?
3. How will the road tax be calculated, on the original invoice value or the value set by the insurance company?
4. Is there any entry tax in Tamil Nadu?
