2nd All-India Pajero Owner's Meet: Bandhavgarh: All Are Invited

Dear Friends,

We had an extremely successful meet last year at Kanha with 18 Pajeros from all over India participating in it. Here is the thread that was created for that meet.

While the members had a great time, one of the feedbacks that we received was not to limit the participation to Pajeros alone and hence, we have opened the meet to vehicles of all brands and kinds time around.

A few details of the meet are as under:

Dates: 22-25 April 2017
Venue: Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve, Madhya Pradesh.
Vehicles Permitted: No restrictions. However, the trail drive will be suitable for vehicles with a minimum ground clearance of 180mm or more. Sedans will find it tough. However, you can hop onto any other vehicle going for the drive and enjoy the experience.
Type of Participants: Most people are coming with their families but a few are also coming with friends. We are open to both as long as etiquette is maintained.

Itinerary:

22nd April -
Reach Bandhavgarh with your convoy or independently and check in to the resort allotted to you.
Introduction of all the members, tribal dance and buffet dinner.
23rd April -
Morning safari for those whose slots are in the morning safari while the others go for a nature walk.
Buffet breakfast for all followed by activities for all till lunch time including a trail drive in the buffer zone of the park.
A short wildlife movie post lunch till the afternoon safari for the remaining members.
Morning safari batch goes for a nature walk and comes back by the time the afternoon safari batch come back to the resort.
A friendly auto quiz in the open for all.
Buffet dinner and rest to prepare for an early start the next day.
24th April -
All members to have an early breakfast and leave the resort in a single convoy at 0800hrs IST.
A day long trail drive with local historical and natural sightseeing activities lies ahead today comprising of dams, forts, grasslands and lakes. Packed lunch will be served to all the guests.
All guests return to the resort around 1600hrs IST and freshen up for the evening.
A friendly tambola game is conducted in the evening for all followed buffet dinner.
25 April -
All members have a brunch, get packed food for their return journey and check out at leisure at any time before 1200hrs IST and head home/extend their holiday while promising to keep in touch and come back the next year for more fun to a new location.
The other important details are as under: -
1. THIS IS A NON PROFIT MEET WITH NO COMMERCIAL BENEFIT OR INTEREST TO ANY ORGANISER OR PARTICIPANT.
2. Costs - The approximate cost per couple (including children below 5 years of age) for 4D and 3N inclusive of all meals except bar snacks and alcohol on a twin sharing basis is 20,000.00 INR. There may be a variation of 10% on this cost and the same will be collected from/refunded to you when you arrive at the resort.
3. Registration - Please use this form to fill in your details and register. Once you do so, you will be given the bank details for the payment.

4. Payment - You will need to pay INR 20,000.00 when you register for the meet for a couple. This is non-refundable in case of a no show by you except dire emergencies where we will try our best to get you the best possible refund.
5. For participants who intend to come alone AND not share their rooms, the cost remains 20K INR. If you want to share your room with someone, please let us know after you have registered and we will try our best to accommodate you with someone else of the same gender.
6. This cost includes 2 collared t-shirts, 1 set of vehicle stickers, route guidance, convoy driving, all activities at the resort, 1 safari on a shared basis (4 people per Gypsy), and the stay at the resort inclusive of 3 meals, coffee/tea and all activities except tambola whose tickets need to be purchased.
7. We will organise 1 safari on a 4 sharing basis per Gypsy (6 are allowed but it gets crowded). However, if you wish to have more safaris, you can book them online and undertake them. All assistance will be provided by the organisers.
8. We will also organise your stay en route if required by you to do so. The general mid points are Nagpur, Kanpur & Hyderabad.
9. There are a lot of places within 200km of Bandhavgarh that are worth a visit and we will give you a ready reckoner for these places.
10. Alcohol consumption is permitted in the resort and we will have bar snacks available to all in the evening. It is best to bring your own booze to avoid local shopping and brand issues. Alcohol is available locally at Bandhavgarh.
11. Food will consist of vegetarian and chicken dishes kept separately to ensure a peaceful dining experience.
12. Minute but important things like milk for children at odd hours, hot drinking water for the elderly, a doctor on call and vehicle assistance will be made available to all upon request and on a best effort basis.

Let me ask my wife if she's interested. Will most positively come.
We did the same circuit in 2015 with i10. May come with XUV this time.

Received the kit consisting of 2xT-Shirts and 3xLarge Stickers for doors and bonnet and 1xSmall sticker for Rear glass.
